This project explores the optimization of a coworking space to enhance user experience and engagement. By identifying user needs and pain points, this project aims to create a seamless booking system and a vibrant community for both members and non-members.
Problem Statement
Users have shared some challenges with the Diwan Hub application. Engaged members find the interface a bit cluttered, while non-members struggle with the booking process. We see a great opportunity to develop a more streamlined experience that provides clear access to key features without overwhelming anyone.
Potential Solution
Our vision includes introducing a user-centric design that prioritizes seamless navigation, real-time booking capabilities, and enhanced community engagement features. Key improvements will focus on a streamlined homepage, intuitive booking options, and real-time notifications to keep everyone in the loop.
Design Process
Our design journey involved thorough user research, usability testing, and an iterative design approach. This ensured that the final product truly aligned with user needs and paved the way for meaningful improvements.

Discover Phase
In this phase, we conducted user interviews, contextual inquiries, and competitive analyses to gather valuable insights into user behavior and preferences. Our findings highlighted some gaps in community features and operational management, revealing exciting areas for enhancement.




Define Phase
We synthesized user feedback into clear problem statements. Engaged members expressed frustration with navigation, while non-members pointed out difficulties with the booking process and a desire for more transparency in pricing.



Design Phase
Based on our research, we created wireframes and prototypes. Usability testing helped us refine the design, focusing on improving the booking flow and enhancing community features. Key upgrades included clearer navigation and real-time updates to keep users informed.



Deliver Phase
The final deliverables feature a functional prototype that showcases the new application design, emphasizing user-friendly booking processes and enhanced community interaction. Usability testing confirmed that these improvements hit the mark!

Outcomes
We're optimistic that the upgrade will lead to increased user satisfaction and engagement, along with improved accessibility for everyone. Enhanced navigation and functionality will streamline space management and foster a vibrant community within Diwan Hub.
